Marching on.
Caught The Black Swan with Mish and his friends yesterday. If I were a movie critic, I'd say the movie was wonderful. But because I'm not, I will speak of my actual thoughts.
Firstly, I must applaud the director for the great vision he had for The Black Swan. The direction was good and clear, almost flawless. I thought the idea/concept was pretty interesting, refreshing and certainly different from all the other movies we have seen. But I also must say that it was a bit draggy and all too predictable. It's the repetitive, very much unnecessary scenes from the movie that bore the hell out of me. If it weren't for those sleepy moments, I would have described it as a perfect twisted tale of an obsessed ballerina.
Anyways, I got myself a red/maroon maxi skirt from Topshop at $19 only! It was a bit loose on me (it's uk 10), but it'll do. I mean, I'm crazy if I pass up on a deal like that, right?
